ABOUT
Casa Mia is located in El Prado, a small hamlet in Arboleas which is in Almeria, southern Spain. Casa Mia Guest House has been newly refurbished to a very high standard and offers accommodation for couples seeking peace and tranquility and a chance to kick back and enjoy the gentle side of life.
Casa Mia has a large double bedroom with air conditioning, fully tiled ensuite with a superb walk-in shower, hand basin and W.C, there is also a separate fully tiled bathroom with W.C and hand wash basin.
A spacious hallway with a full length dressing mirror leads you to a large and airy kitchen / dining / sitting room.
Double doors lead you to your personal garden and barbecue area which leads to the pool area and outside shower, as well as ample seating and sun loungers for your personal use.

There are several supermarkets within the area, there is one in Arboleas within walking distance as well as Lidl and Aldi being a five minute drive.

And a large screen TV with a DVD player.
Welcome pack
On arrival we provide a welcome pack to include basic items and complementary wine, beer and water. (Please note the shops are shut on Sundays)
Casa Mia is well equipped for your stay with all your basic requirements including the following.
Full size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, cutlery, plates etc.
Large screen TV for use with a dvd player and free WIFI.
Fresh bed linen and bathroom towels weekly, two double wardrobes with ample hangers, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
Pool
At Casa Mia we have a 8 x 4 seasonal swimming pool, available for your exclusive use from 10am to 6pm daily. The pool is totally private as are the gardens around the pool.

Eating Out
The local Tapas bars offer a fabulous lunch at very reasonable prices, there is a Indian restaurant less than a ten minute walk away as well as an abundance of other eating establishments within a twenty to 30 minute walk with many playing live music events.
Arrival
There are three airports in the region, Almeria, Alicante and Murcia.
Alicante is a two hour drive, Almeria is approx one hour drive and Murcia is around one and half hour drive.
We can offer a competitive pick, up drop off service if required.

Being their first visitors in March 2024, we witnessed Gill and Mark putting their heart and soul into creating this piece of paradise. Doug and I were blown away to how beautiful Casa Mia looked internally and externally, and they hadn’t even completed their amazing property. The location is fabulous and the views from their gorgeous garden are wonderful, retaining peace and privacy.
Living near a delightful town with fabulous places to eat and drink, a terrific area to walk and bike and a short distance from the superb coast.
Gill & Mark are the loveliest couple you could wish to meet, warm and friendly with a wonderful sense of humour, making you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you arrive.
We couldn’t speak more highly of them, they are so suited and perfect to work in the tourism and service industry…we know as we have ourselves worked in the industry now for 26 years.
